How Eazybook collects, uses and protects your personal information.

We collect the details you give us when you create an account or make a booking — name, email, phone number, travel dates and payment confirmation references. We also collect basic device and usage data to keep the site fast and secure.
Your information is used to confirm bookings, communicate travel updates, process refunds, prevent fraud and — only with your consent — send deal alerts. We never sell personal data.
Hotels, airlines and fleet operators receive only the details needed to honour your booking. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand which pages help travellers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email us and we will action verified requests within 30 days.
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to booking records is limited to support staff who need it, and every access is logged.
